Civil Enforcement Officer (Parking) Course

This course provides the core competencies to enable the learner to work in Civil Enforcement (Parking).

The course consists of the following:

  • 8 Days training - Covering the sector, patrols, penalty codes, issuing penalties, enforcement issues, parking law, recording information and dealing with emergencies.
  • 2 Days training - Covering conflict management.
  • 2 Multiple choice exams - One exam of 40 questions on the sector. One exam of 40 questions on conflict management.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Civil Enforcement Officer (Parking).
  • Licence application assistance.

Our courses are run in our in-house training centre or can be provided at the employers offices (If learner numbers allow).
