The key components of Modern Apprenticeships are:

• Training in the workplace to learn all the required skills and to obtain NVQ level 2 or 3 by workplace assessments

• Achievement of Key Skills and Technical Certificate qualifications

• Individual apprenticeships programmes designed by MAPS consultants

• On going support and mentoring by vocationally competent MAPS Consultants to enable highest achievements
