Our Background
Management and Personnel Services Limited commenced in 1991
and quickly established itself as a company offering a comprehensive
range of National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), Modern Apprenticeships,
Business and Human Resource Development services.Management
and Personnel Services is an Equal Opportunities company.
Our range of services included:
- Working with the Bedfordshire Local Skills and Learning
Council preparing young people for working life through
vocational training leading to National Vocational Qualifications
Working as an approved centre for the delivery of
Modern Apprenticeships and National Traineeships
Advising companies on the benefits of investing in
the development of young people Planning and controlling the delivery of skills and
knowledge training with companies who recruit young people Recruitment and Selection systems including initial
assessment of basic skill levels. Accredited NVQs and Modern Apprenticeships at all levels
in Administration, Distribution, Child care, Customer
Services, Retail, Information Technology, Manufacturing,
Motor Vehicle and Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical,
Construction and Design disciplines We are an accredited centre with City & Guilds,
Edexcel and CIPD of National Vocational Qualifications We have attained the Investors in People Awards
