Successful achievement of the Apprenticeship consists of attaining the NVQ Level 2 in an Engineering discipline, a Technical Certificate appropriate to your job role which provides the underpinning knowledge, completion of ERR workbook and 5 Key skills including Communication and Application of Number and 3 units from Performing Engineering Operations. These qualifications are together called a Framework and have been agreed by SEMTA, the Sector Skills Council for Science, Engineering and Manufacturing use. Please see overleaf for details.
